Red-team your raise deck before a regulator does

Rung 8 of 10 · Red-team audit

1 · Learn the move · Red-team audit

Every claim in your raise deck is something a securities regulator or a burned LP's attorney can read back to you under oath, so you want the ugliest reading of it before they get there. The technique is a red-team audit: AI plays the adversary, quotes your exact language, and names the misrepresentation risk in each line. It quotes-and-strikes. A guarantee gets the compliant rewrite, an unsupported track-record claim gets "source or strike." It never blesses the deck as compliant; surfacing the risks is the AI's job, signing off is your securities attorney's.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Before your team emails the Fund II pitch deck to 30 prospective LPs, you want the adversary's read first. You paste the deck's claims, the return projections, the track-record slide, the risk language. And ask AI to flag exactly what a regulator or a plaintiff's attorney would challenge.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
