The distribution notice that states, never promises

Rung 2 of 10 · Enhance the Output

1 · Learn the move · Enhance the Output

A distribution notice reports money that already moved. It is not a place to hint at the next one. The skill is making AI turn your distribution-run facts into a clean investor notice where every number is STATED from the run, nothing is computed or projected, and the tax line routes the LP to their own CPA instead of explaining what a K-1 means for them. One forward-looking phrase, 'we expect next quarter'. Turns a report into an implied promise, and that is a securities problem. Keep it factual, keep it backward-looking, keep tax advice out of your mouth.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Your Q2 distribution just ran and you need to notify 40 LPs. You have the run in front of you, total distributed, the period it covers, each investor's pro-rata share, and the payment date. And you want a notice that reports exactly that without drifting into what's coming next or what the tax form means for them.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
