Net absorption and vacancy tell you whether a submarket is filling up or emptying out, but a report only supports the figures actually printed in it. AI will gladly announce 'absorption is accelerating' or produce a vacancy rate the report never listed, so run a fact-check list: every metric you state carries its source line, and every metric the report doesn't give you is marked UNKNOWN. State a quarter-over-quarter direction only where two periods are both pasted. One data point is a snapshot, not a trend. The discipline keeps a missing under-construction figure from quietly becoming a guessed one, and keeps your IC read honest about exactly what the source says and where it goes silent.
