Make AI defer to your data, not its guess

Rung 8 of 10 · Verified-data override

1 · Learn the move · Verified-data override

AI will fill a gap with a plausible-sounding number it invented — a 'market average,' a days-on-market figure — and state it as fact. The skill is telling it up front to use only the data you paste, mark every gap UNKNOWN, tag each figure with its source, and let your verified number win any conflict. You catch the fabricated stat before it reaches a seller, not after.

You are my pricing assistant. Use ONLY the comps and figures I paste. If you need a number I didn't give you, write UNKNOWN — never estimate. Tag each figure with its source so I can trace it.

2 · Your turn — you write the prompt

You ask AI to write the pricing section of a listing presentation. It confidently states an 'average days on market of 21' and '3% appreciation' you never gave it. Write a prompt that forces it to use only your CMA numbers and flag anything it can't source.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt — not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional — these shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
