The fastest way AI burns you is a confident answer it invented. When you paste a reference — a licensing sheet, an HOA doc, a contract — the skill is forcing it to answer ONLY from that source, cite the exact line, and say 'not in the source' instead of guessing. That's the difference between a tool you can quote and one that gets you sued.
