Convene an AI board of advisors
Lesson 8 of 8 · Compliance & safe AI use
1 · Learn the move · Multi-persona
One voice gives you one angle; a panel gives you the blind spots. The skill is assigning several named seats - a 20-year investment sales broker, a sceptical lender, a valuation reviewer - and making each critique the plan from its own interest, then synthesising. You are not asking 'is this good?'; you are asking three people who would each catch a different mistake.
Convene a panel to pressure-test my plan. Give me three named voices, [role 1], [role 2], [role 3], each critiquing from their seat in 3 bullets, then a synthesis of what to change. [my plan]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You have a disposition strategy for an asset the owner has overpriced in their head. Before you present it, write a prompt that runs it past a three-person panel that will each catch a different flaw.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
