Buyer-needs intake form (low-code rung)
Build-along · ~12 min at your own keyboard
Your first business app: it collects data and hands you something structured. This is the low-code rung — build it in Claude Code so the output is a CRM-ready row, not notes you retype. Fields are budget, must-haves, deal-breakers, timeline, and financing status. The Fair Housing line lives here: the form captures the home the buyer wants, never the buyer's demographics — and it should refuse to store a field like 'preferred neighborhood demographics' or 'ideal community,' because steering by protected class is the exact line Keyroom won't cross.
